Certificates and Compliance

Gas Safety Certificate (CP12):

Annual check by a Gas Safe registered engineer.

Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR):

Inspection every five years by a qualified electrician.

Energy Performance Certificate (EPC):

Valid for ten years, with a minimum rating of 'E'.

Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarms:

Smoke alarms on every storey and carbon monoxide alarms in rooms with solid fuel appliances.

Legionella Risk Assessment:

Assessment to manage the risk of legionella bacteria.

Furniture and Furnishings (Fire Safety) Regulations:

Compliance with fire safety standards for all provided furniture and furnishings.
